Communion
Episode Summary
Communion really is this divinely inspired opportunity of revelation from the Father. Allowing us to see exactly what Jesus accomplished, through His broken body and shed blood.
Episode Notes
- 2 Corinthians 5:14-17 (NKJV) For the love of Christ compels us, because we judge thus: that if One died for all, then all died;
- 15, and He died for all, that those who live should live no longer for themselves, but for Him who died for them and rose again.
- 16, Therefore, from now on, we regard no one according to the flesh. Even though we have known Christ according to the flesh, yet now we know Him thus no longer.
- 17, Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.
- Colossians 1:22 (NLT) Yet now He has reconciled you to Himself through the death of Christ in His physical body. As a result, He has brought you into His own presence, and you are holy and blameless as you stand before Him without a single fault.
- Romans 5:1 (NLT) Therefore, since we have been made right in God’s sight by faith, we have peace with God because of what Jesus Christ our Lord has done for us.
